🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items without original packaging


🔄 Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
